Featured in Allure, InStyle, Glamour and more, Dr. Lesley Rabach is an expert facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Board-Certified in both Facial Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Her surgical training included a fellowship sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, and a residency and internship in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital. She received her Medical Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and her undergraduate degree from Brown University.
Dr. Lesley is internationally recognized for her natural but lasting results with minimal downtime. Her signature procedures are deep plane face and necklifts, lip lifts, and eyelid surgery. Dr. Rabach is Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU/Bellevue, where she teaches the NYU facial plastics fellow and NYU Otolaryngology residents. Dr. Lesley Rabach has been ranked “#1 female plastic surgeon” in NYC by RateMDs, featured as a “Superdoctors Rising Star” plastic surgeon in New York Times magazine, awarded “10 Best Plastic Surgeons” by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons, and granted “Top Doctor” designation by RealSelf.
Her research has been extensively published in medical journals. Dr. Lesley lives in New York City with her husband Dr. Daniel Kort, a reproductive endocrinologist and their three children.

Dr. Morgan is known for her expertise in cutting edge techniques for Botox and Fillers and the savy use of skin products. Additionally, she deeply enjoys helping people eliminate acne scarring
Dr. Morgan is ranked “#1 dermatologist” in NYC by RateMDs, featured as a “Superdoctors” in NYTimes Magazine for the last five years, granted “TopDoctor” designation by Real Self and is an advisor for Gerson Lehrman Group and Guidepoint Global. She has been featured in New York Magazine, Elle, Oprah Magazine, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Men’s Health, and is a regular contributor to Healthline for her expert views on all things skin.
In addition to her private practice, she is a Clinical Assistant professor of Dermatology at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. She graduated from Brown University with Honors in Biology, earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, and completed her medical internship at Yale New Haven Hospital and her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she served as chief resident. Dr. Morgan lives in New York City with her husband, Mark Fitzgerald, co-owner of Springboard Search Group, and their three daughters.
Myka Meier
A British-American businesswoman and entrepreneur, Myka is regularly featured in national media including The Today Show, Good Morning America, Vogue, People Magazine, The New York Times. With a degree in communications and public relations from the University of Florida, Myka has worked in both New York and London focusing on PR and integrated communications for lifestyle, fashion and skincare brands. A beauty and skincare aficionado, Myka started her career working as a publicist for some of the most successful skincare and beauty brands to date.
Myka is the founder of Beaumont Etiquette, a New York City based etiquette company and the co-founder of The Plaza Hotel Finishing Program. In 2020, Myka authored two best selling etiquette books, Modern Etiquette Made Easy and Business Etiquette Made Easy, and in 2023 she launched lifestyle online publication MykaMeier.com.
Marrying her passion to help others feel more confident and her love and knowledge of skincare, it was only natural her next project would be to co-found a science-based skincare brand.
Myka’s companies are based in New York City, and she lives with her husband and two children.
